Attended the screening from the new Rapha short, ‘Continental’ which documented their riders cycling across the United States. The footage was breathtaking, and a few of states and towns that popped up on the screen were sometimes met with cheers and clapping. You could see the pain and hurt in the riders as they rode up 20 mile mountains and on bumpy fire roads. It was great and really makes me happy to be doing a similar adventure.
I might not have fancy team jerseys and I’m not followed by an HD cameraman, but man, I’m just thankful to be riding so much and getting to meet so many great people along the way.
